How to install Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) to your PC/notebook

  1. Login to CityU M365 with your CityU EID and password.


  2. Click the image icon at the top right-hand corner. In the pop-up menu, click "View account".


  3. Select “Office apps”.


  4. Select "Apps & devices".
    Select "Language" if necessary. Then click "Install Office".


  5. Click on the file (bottom left-hand corner), then select "Open".



  6. Click "Yes" to start the installation.
