CityUHK proudly hosted the International Conference on Applied Mathematics 2026 earlier, further solidifying the University’s status as a leading centre for applied and computational mathematics research. Organised by the Liu Bie Ju Centre for Mathematical Sciences, the conference presented the prestigious 2026 William Benter Prize in Applied Mathematics and reaffirmed CityUHK’s role as a vital hub for fostering cross-border scientific dialogue and innovation.

CityUHK recently hosted the launch ceremony of a new community healthcare and home rehabilitation initiative, announcing a joint partnership with Seamless Seek & Serve (3S) to introduce “Rehab-Link”. This primary health screening and home rehabilitation platform translates cutting-edge research into community practice to advance smart elderly care.
