- edit the course syllabus and seek appropriate approval online;
- view changes between the approved and the edited versions with red/green mark-ups;
- ensure the consistency of the Course Intended Learning Outcomes (CILOs) in other corresponding sections;
- track the history of the course development and approval; and
- output the edited/approved course syllabus in PDF or Word format for traditional use.
Getting Started
For new staff who are required to carry out duties that involve accessing the CIM function, please first approach ARRO/SGS via the responsible general office to acquire the necessary access privileges.
- Login to AIMS with your EID and password
- Select the My Courses menu
- Click Curriculum Information Management (CIM)
