Once again President Way Kuo of CityU has led a team of around 240 athletes in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, which was held on 24 October. President Kuo has run the Hong Kong marathon with a CityU delegation for 12 consecutive years, except in 2020 because of Covid-19, exemplifying CityU’s spirit of excellence in both academics and sports.
Alumni, students, staff and their families spent a fruitful day on campus at the “CityU Homecoming Gala cum Campus Run 2017” on 19 March.
Dr Stan Shih, the co-founder of Acer Group, discussed the concept of reverse thinking and shared his way of success with teachers, students and alumni at CityU on 17 and 18 February.
