CityU conferred the title of Honorary Fellow on five distinguished persons on 16 September. They were Mr Rex Auyeung Pak-kuen, Ms Maggie Chan Man-ki, Mr David Fong Man-hung, Mr Francis Ngai Wah-sing and Mr Wong Kai-man.
