Mr Aurelio Gabaldón, a Spanish tenor and 2007 Operalia contest winner, entertained CityU staff and students with a captivating Spanish opera in a recital held on campus on 10 December.
On 27th, March, CityU students excelled once again in the 6th Intervarsity Putonghua Recitation Contest.
At the fourth annual French Award Presentation Ceremony, 24 April, 15 students received scholarships and sponsorships from CityU's Division of Language Studies, the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and the Université de Bourgogone.
