The Department of Management Sciences announced the findings of the CityU-Hong Kong Consumer Satisfaction Index 2006 on 21 December. The findings show that the CityU-HKCSI hit a record high of 70.1, up 1.2% from 2005.
As cost-conscious consumers, we are all deeply interested in knowing how far we can stretch our dollars-and whether we are getting value for all the money we are spending.
