Dr Börje Ljunggren, former Swedish Ambassador to China and Vietnam, delivered a lecture on China’s economic rise and US pivot to Asia at CityU on 27 February.
The presence of renowned scholars at a university is an indication of its standing in the world academic community and reflects its reputation for academic excellence.
