How to remotely wipe a Mobile Device using Microsoft 365?
If your mobile device is lost or stolen, remotely wiping the device may help protect your data from unauthorized access. The Wipe Device feature is available in Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App (OWA).

Notes
- If the device is offline, the wipe command will be executed the next time it connects to the internet and Microsoft 365.
- Selecting ''Wipe all data'' will erase all data on the device and restore it to factory settings.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your Microsoft 365 account when the wipe request is initiated.
- Before reconnecting the device to Microsoft 365 after a wipe, remove it from the mobile device list first. Otherwise, it may be wiped again automatically.
