All outgoing emails sent through SMTP must use an official CityUHK email domain (i.e., @cityu.edu.hk). Any email using a non compliant sender address will be blocked without prior notice.
This policy applies to all devices, including servers, scanners, photocopiers, desktops, monitoring systems, network equipment, and IoT devices.
