To unite and equip Caring Leaders with peer helping skills, a training camp took place during semester break and gathered over 50 Caring Leaders.
Through the two-day training with diverse activities and practices guided by Breakthrough, Caring Leaders acquired knowledge of basic counselling elements and practiced useful helping skills such as active listening. It was heartening to see Caring Leaders’ unity throughout the camp, their eagerness in learning counselling skills, and their passion for building a more caring and harmonious campus.
