Professor Freddy Boey Yin Chiang, President of CityU, together with members of the University community, have congratulated alumna Grace Lau Mo-sheung on winning a Gold medal in the Women’s Kata event in the AKF Senior Championships 2023 held in Malaysia on 21 July. Grace has made history by winning the first Gold medal in this championship for Hong Kong.
Mr Zeng Jia, a PhD student of the School of Creative Media (SCM), has won the second prize in the Postgraduate Section of the IEEE Region 10 Student Paper Contest 2006.
