Mr Edward Yau Tang-wah, Secretary for the Environment of the HKSAR Government, delivered a talk entitled “Hong Kong - A Green City?” on 17 September, analysing the environmental status in Hong Kong. The talk is organised as part of a new multi-disciplinary programme offered by CityU.

CityU will offer a new General Education course on “Identity and Citizenship in a Globalised World” in Semester B 2007-08 to engage students in learning and debates about rights and duties that come with citizenship.
