Two alumni of the School of Creative Media at CityU were honoured at the 17th Hong Kong Arts Development Awards by Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
Organised by CityU and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Jockey Club Project IDEA held its 1st annual exhibition from 3 to 7 August 2023. The exhibition showcased 28 artworks by participating secondary school students and three works by workshop instructors.
Mr Harsh Agrawal, an outstanding creative media graduate from CityU, was part of the animation team for the film Coco, which won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature this year.
A group of promising young Chinese artists offers a stimulating representation of the media art scene today through 40 fascinating new media artworks to be exhibited at CityU beginning 24 March.
