Professor Ron Chen Guanrong, Chair Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, has been ranked 1st in Hong Kong and in Asia, 4th among Chinese scholars, and 16th on the World’s Top 1000 Scientist List.
Professor Jeffrey Shaw, Yeung Kin Man Chair Professor of Media Art in the School of Creative Media, has been recognised with the 2020 ACM SIGGRAPH Distinguished Artist Award for Lifetime Achievement in Digital Art.
The School of Creative Media kicked off its annual graduation show, “SCM Annual 2010”, on 30 June with an opening ceremony at the Cattle Depot Artist Village. Around 100 artworks were on display under the theme “Dissemination by Sound Wave”.
