Dr Elaine Liu Suk-ching, Associate Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Applied Social Sciences at CityU received the Award for Teaching Excellence from UGC in recognition of her outstanding teaching performance and achievements.
CityU was awarded a grant of nearly HK$5 million from the Research Grants Council for a research project focusing on the carers of Alzheimer’s disease sufferers, to support and promote long-term public policy research.
