Eleven students from the Department of Chinese, Translation and Linguistics took part in an intensive two-week Summer School on Cross-cultural Communication coordinated by the Department of Linguistics at the University of Sydney.
The opening ceremony and symposium of the third City Literary Festival was held on 18 April, with 11 well-known local and overseas writers discussing the creative processes behind their prose and poetry.
