15 academic subjects at CityU have been ranked in the top 50 in the world, according to the ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS) 2022, while Library and Information Science is ranked 2nd globally. These results place CityU 1st among Hong Kong universities for five consecutive years in terms of the highest number of subjects included in the top 50 GRAS list.
CityU's Cultural and Sports Committee organised the "City Cultural Salon" on 30 October. Around 40 guests, staff and students came to enjoy and discuss the art of Kunqu.
CityU introduced its programmes, campus life and facilities to secondary students, parents, teachers and the general public at its annual Information Day on 13 October.
