Mr Edward Yau Tang-wah, Secretary for the Environment of the HKSAR Government, delivered a talk entitled “Hong Kong - A Green City?” on 17 September, analysing the environmental status in Hong Kong. The talk is organised as part of a new multi-disciplinary programme offered by CityU.
CityU was awarded a $4.5 million environmental consultancy contract by the Government after beating 17 international consultants and local universities in a highly competitive bidding exercise.
