Following his successful lecture at the Yale Law School on 29 March, Mr C Raj Kumar, Lecturer in CityU's School of Law, made a presentation for the UN University.
The School of Law has entered a promising team in the second annual Willem C Vis (East) Moot Competition hosted by CityU, 4-10 April.
"It's the first legal text written and compiled by Western academics with China's law reform in mind," said Professor Mike McConville, Dean of the CityU's School of Law (SLW), at the book launch of the English Criminal Justice Process, in Beijing on 11 April.
