City University of Hong Kong's social sciences departments/programs have been ranked 61st of the top 100 in the world by the Times Higher Education Supplement.
A Seminar entitled "Fifteen Years after Public Sector Reform: Hong Kong's Public Management in Perspective" was held at CityU, 5 February, provoking thoughtful discussion on public sector reforms among the speakers and the audience of 160 participants from the Civil Service, private sector, and academia.
In the morning, I was awakened by a cock crowing, instead of the annoying buzzing sound of my alarm clock. The air that I breathed was fresh and clean, unpolluted. There were no skyscrapers, so I had a panoramic view of the sky. I could also enjoy delicious, organically grown fruits and vegetables.
