Contemporary issues in investment arbitration: challenges and opportunities for Asia’s Growth and Development
An investment arbitration conference jointly organised by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the School of Law at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) will discuss how Asia could be better prepared for the prevention and the management of investment disputes in its role as the largest recipient of foreign direct investment. UNCTAD only collaborates with CityU in the Asia-Pacific region, and this is the first time this conference has a particular focus on Asia.
