Honorary Awards Ceremony 2011

Dr Norman Leung Nai-pang, University Pro-Chancellor, will confer honorary doctorates on the following four prominent individuals at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) on 8 November:

Dr Lien Chan, Honorary Chairman of the Kuomintang - Honorary Doctor of Social Science;

Professor John Forbes Nash, Jr, winner of the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences - Honorary Doctor of Science;

The Hon Jasper Tsang Yok-sing, President of the Legislative Council of the HKSAR - Honorary Doctor of Laws; and

Professor Xu Kuangdi, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Academy of Engineering - Honorary Doctor of Engineering.

Mr Raymond Or Ching-fai, Acting Council Chairman of CityU and Professor Way Kuo, President, will attend the ceremony.
