City University of Hong Kong will announce the winners of its second distinguished alumni award at a ceremony on 13 October 2011. The awards are recognition of the recipients’ achievements and contribution to their respective professions, the University and society.

The Hon Jasper Tsang Yok-sing, President of Legislative Council, and Dr Allan Zeman, Chairman of Ocean Park Corporation, will discuss the qualities of leadership at a forum after the ceremony.
