As part of its commitment to social responsibility, City University of Hong Kong (CityU) has launched a major campaign to encourage the University community to reduce food waste produced on campus and contribute to a green campus. At the Food Waste Management at CityU event, a series of related initiatives, including the processing of food waste into fish feed, will be announced.

Guests attending the event will include The Hon Leung Chun-ying, Council Chairman of CityU, and Professor Way Kuo, University President.
