Press conference on the results of the Hong Kong Employee Confidence Survey

The Department of Management of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) will announce the findings of its survey on Employee Confidence, Work Commitment and Opinions about Minimum Wage tomorrow (7 June).
More than 500 Hong Kong residents in full-time employment were polled in the survey conducted in March and April 2010. Also examined were the employees’ views on the minimum wage issue.
The research aims to enhance employers’ understanding of employees’ attitudes, needs and work commitment, and to collect information for policy-making in human resources management.
