International Conference on “Exclusions from Constitutional Law”
An international conference on "Exclusions from Constitutional Law", jointly organised by the School of Law of City University of Hong Kong (CityU), the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau, will be held at CityU on 28 and 29 October 2009.
This two-day conference will discuss varied attempts in different jurisdictions to exclude the protection of constitutional law and ways to address these challenges in both theory and practice.
About 30 distinguished scholars and legal practitioners from Australia, mainland China, Europe, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, Singapore and South Africa will present papers at the conference.
