The Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) will announce the findings of its survey on Hong Kong Employee Confidence, Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment tomorrow (15 May).

The survey, conducted in March 2008, questioned more than 800 Hong Kong citizens in full-time employment. It measures the quality of employees’ working lives by examining levels of job satisfaction, overall employment confidence, job security and perceptions of career prospects. The survey this year also included the issue of employee commitment.
