The Department of Management Sciences at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) will announce the findings of the CityU–Hong Kong Consumer Satisfaction Index (CityU–HKCSI) 2007 on 5 February.

 

CityU–HKCSI, a performance indicator for Hong Kong businesses, measures consumer satisfaction with the quality of products (goods and services) purchased in Hong Kong. Since 1997, the CityU research team has collected views from more than 10,000 interviewees each year using a computer-assisted telephone interview system.
