The Department of Accountancy at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) will host an inauguration ceremony cum dinner for its Executive Mentoring Scheme on 16 November. About 30 prominent business executives will meet their CityU accounting students to start off the year-long mentoring programme.
CityU has been organising the scheme since 2005 in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Hong Kong and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Students will get to learn more about the profession from their mentors and obtain valuable insights into the profession and personal development.
Before the inauguration ceremony, two students who have joined the scheme for two consecutive years will share with the media their learning experience.
