City University of Hong Kong (CityU)’s new Dean of the Faculty of Business, Professor (Chair) Wei Kwok-kei, took office last week (16 July). Professor Wei would like to meet the media and share his vision and targets for the Faculty, as well discuss the internationalization development plans and strategies under his deanship.

Professor Wei joined CityU in 2002. He was formerly Head of the University’s Department of Information Systems. He is a distinguished scholar and an excellent researcher with an international reputation. He was Professor and Founding Head of the Department of Information Systems at the National University of Singapore prior to joining CityU.

A Fellow and former President of the Association for Information Systems, Professor Wei serves on the editorial board of several international journals, including the renowned IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and International Journal of Information Systems and Management. He was also Senior Editor of MIS Quarterly and Associate Editor of Information Systems Research.
