A research team led by a professor in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) has developed a powerful tool for screening for and the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.

 

The technology, which will be promoted in Hong Kong soon, is more accurate than the traditional Pap smear test and has brought the team a prestigious award which will be presented soon. CityU is the first tertiary institution to earn this honour.

 

At the tea gathering, the professor will introduce the technology in detail and share his research experience.
