Organised by City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Jockey Club Project IDEA (Inclusive Digital and Experimental Art) held its 1st annual exhibition from 3 to 7 August 2023.

A more than HK$17 million donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust is helping City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) to run a three-year education project called “Jockey Club Project IDEA”. 

City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) received a donation from Ms Chau Sin-wo to promote the University advancement and set up the Chau Sin Wo Scholarships for the School of Law. One of the classrooms at CityUHK has been named “Chau Sin Wo Classroom” in appreciation of Ms Chau’s generous support. 

The large-scale capital campaign “United, We Soar” launched by City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) has received wide support from CityUHK members and the community. The fundraising target originally planned for 2023 has been completed 18 months ahead of schedule. More than HK$2.5 billion has been raised to support CityUHK’s pursuit of excellence for the benefit of society in four key areas, including strategic initiatives, education and research, student development, and campus development.
