Room Type Double rooms in PG and/or UG halls, subject to availability.

To confirm the hall offer, successful applicants can settle the payment online. The balance in your student account cannot be used to offset the hall lodging fees of the Summer Residence.

All charges paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is NO refund if you withdraw or check-out earlier after confirmation of hall offer.
Room Moving Late May - early June 2026
The exact period will be notified by email from late May to early June. Residents will be required to complete room moving within 3 - 4 days.

Important Notes

  1. Students who have physical disabilities, medical reasons or special needs for a double room of single occupancy should enclose supporting documents in the hall application for case-by-case consideration and arrangement. Successful applicants will be required to pay the hall charges double.
