Overview
Nam Shan Yuen is located on the south-western corner of the Campus site at 23 Nam Shan Chuen Road. The estate is used as senior staff quarters and consists of 2 blocks of low rise residential building with 8 storeys each. There are 54 units for senior staff, one essential staff quarters and one common room. The ground level of each block is used as carpark with a total of 36 parking spaces. Outside the buildings, there are landscaped areas, playgrounds and other utilities rooms.

In 2024, a number of Senior Staff Quarters at Nam Shan Yuen(NSY) will be turned into rental accommodations for full-time Students from Master's Programmes.

Nam Shan Yuen (NSY), a Senior Staff Residence, has opened up in 2024 to accept Master Students, as part of a mixed residential concept.
NSY is a boutique residence, conveniently located behind the CityUHK campus, along the Hill-side Nature trail, Shek Kip Mei Park Sports Centre, and a minutes' walk from Festival Walk mall (Kowloon Tong MTR station) and Shek Kip Mei market and MTR station.
Master Students can now experience living in this unique co-living setting, within specious units, right next to campus.
At NSY, students can enjoy the best of all worlds-
