Regular PE Courses

Physical Education courses are offered regularly during Semester A, B and Summer Term. They are catered for both beginners and improvers. Courses normally last for eight hours ranging from week 2 to week 9. In the event that the courses are to be cancelled, students will be informed via CAP messages / i-Assessment / e-mail in due course.

 

 

Courses Offered (Summer Term 2026)

 

Course Period: 8 June 2026 to 10 July 2026

 

Courses:

 

  • Dance Activities: Hip Hop, Jazz Funk
  • Health and Fitness: Fitball, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Physical Fitness, Pilates Mat, Refreshing Yoga, Rope Skipping, Tabata
  • Individual Sports:  Archery, Canoeing, Golf, Snorkel Diving, Swimming
  • Martial Arts: Tai Chi Chuan (24 Forms), Tai Chi Sword (32 Forms)
  • Racket Sports: Badminton, Pickleball, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis
