Regular PE Courses
Physical Education courses are offered regularly during Semester A, B and Summer Term. They are catered for both beginners and improvers. Courses normally last for eight hours ranging from week 2 to week 9. In the event that the courses are to be cancelled, students will be informed via CAP messages / i-Assessment / e-mail in due course.

- Health and Fitness: Basic Mountain Craft, Fitball, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Physical Fitness, Pilates Mat, Refreshing Yoga, Rope Skipping, Running Improver, Tabata
- Individual Sports: Archery, Golf
- Martial Arts: Tai Chi Chuan (24 Forms), Tai Chi Sword (32 Forms)
- Racket Sports: Badminton, Floorball, Pickleball, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis
- Team Sports: Basketball (Men), Futsal, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball
