CityUHK Sports Complex User Card for Alumni

Subscription Fees

1. The full (12 months) subscription fee for the Sports Complex User Card is HK$2,800.
2. The subscribed services expire after 30 June of each year.
3. The effective date of the subscription shall be either the day following the subscription or the first day of any month. Subscription fees are then calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days remaining before the expiry date.
4. Renewals of existing Sports Complex User Cards are accepted before the end of June every year. Early renewal of an active subscription is not permitted.
5. All applications and renewals are to be submitted via AIMS > Alumni Services > Alumni Sports Complex User Card.
6. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be used to settle other services or facility charges.
7. Under no circumstances can the fee balance be refunded or applied to another subscription.

Fee Schedule for New Applications & Reactivations

Application / Renewal Method

Only Eligible Alumni can apply for or renew CityUHK Sports Complex User Card.

Steps:

1. Log in to AIMS with your EID and password.
2. Then, under the tab “Alumni Services”, click “Alumni Sports Complex User Card”.
3. Follow the online instructions to select the starting date, and to submit payment.
4. Visit ARO's website to get your CityUHK Mobile ID if you have not previously done so.

All Alumni must accept the Terms and Conditions if they wish to apply for the CityUHK Sports Complex User Card and make use of any of the Sports Facilities.
