Professor Dean Ho, Head of Biomedical Engineering at NUS, pioneered the Delta study—an interventional trial using real-time data to guide lifestyle changes. As the sole subject, he significantly improved his health, achieving a metabolic age 14 years younger than his actual age. He will share insights from this groundbreaking work as a keynote speaker at Digital Health Asia 2025.
