CityUHK’s Distinguished Visiting Professors Scheme combines efforts in international academic and scientific research
CityUHK is committed to attracting outstanding scholars from around the world through various recruiting and talent development schemes to combine efforts in international academic and scientific research and foster exchange and collaboration. Since its inception in 2023, the Distinguished Visiting Professors Scheme has invited 25 renowned scholars to work alongside CityUHK faculty and students to promote interdisciplinary scientific and academic research.
Sharing our higher education vision at THE Asia Universities Summit
Embracing insights into rapid developments in science and technology from a humanistic perspective as well as a multi-level approach to branding and ranking, CityUHK took the opportunity to share recent achievements and experiences with top-level regional higher education administrators at the THE Asia Universities Summit in Kuala Lumpur from 29 April to 1 May.

CityUHK establishes partnership with the University of Johannesburg, of South Africa
A delegation led by Professor Sarah Gravett, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Internationalisation (Acting)) of the University of Johannesburg, visited CityUHK on 23 April. The two universities will foster comprehensive collaboration in academic exchange with an MoU.
