Ms Grace Lau Mo-sheung, an alumna of CityU, returned to her alma mater on 19 August to attend a celebratory gathering after winning the Bronze medal for Hong Kong in the Karate Women’s Kata in the Tokyo Olympics.
CityU alumna Ms Grace Lau Mo-sheung, a female karate specialist, will compete in the Karate Women’s Kata in the Tokyo Olympics at 9am (HKT) on 5 Aug (Thursday), vying for a gold medal for Hong Kong. President Way Kuo will join the teachers, students and alumni to watch the live broadcast on the CityU campus and cheer together for Grace.
Mr Harsh Agrawal, an outstanding creative media graduate from CityU, was part of the animation team for the film Coco, which won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature this year.
