More than 400 local, mainland and overseas students from CityU have participated in the City-Youth Empowerment Project in this academic year to offer their volunteer services to the needy, while strengthening their self confidence and commitment to society.
The Bicultural Self Symposium, co-organized by the Department of Applied Social Studies of the City University of Hong Kong and the Department of Psychology of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaigne, took place 16-17 August, 2004.
