SLW PhD Candidate LI Peiting Awarded Second Prize at the 2024 Original English Paper Award of Law Science
CityUHK School of Law (SLW) is proud to share that Ms. LI Peiting, a PhD candidate under the supervision of Professor Martin LAI at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong, has been awarded the Second Prize at the 2024 Original English Paper Award of Law Science. The award ceremony was grandly held on 2 November 2025, in Shanghai. Peiting’s prize-winning article titled “Analysis on Legal Regulation of Monopoly by Exclusive Dealing with Internet Platforms” will be published in Law Science.
The Original English Paper Award of Law Science is an annual legal academic writing competition organized by the Editorial Department of Legal Science and East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), aiming to recognize outstanding academic achievements focusing on Chinese legal research and the practice of the rule of law worldwide, and to promote the international dissemiation of Chinese legal voices and the achievements of the rule of law construction.
