Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Legal and Policy Forum 2026
The “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Legal and Policy Forum 2026: The Construction of the GBA from Regional and Comparative Perspectives”, co-organised by the Public Law and Human Rights Forum (CPLR) and the Centre for Public Affairs and Law (CPAL) was successfully concluded on 10 October 2026.
The two-day conference brought together leading legal scholars and policy experts from the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and overseas to explore collaborative governance, rule alignment and regional integration in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) from comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives.
Through keynote speeches and panel discussions, participants exchanged views on topics such as governance, legal collaboration, and cross-border cooperation, reaffirming the forum’s role in strengthening legal mechanisms and fostering institutional synergy across the GBA.

由香港城市大學公共事務與法律中心及公法與人權論壇聯合舉辦的「粵港澳大灣區法律與政策論壇2026：粵港澳大灣區建設區域與比較視角」於2026年10月10日圓滿結束。
為期兩天的會議匯聚了來自中國內地、香港及海外的頂尖法律學者及政策專家，從區域與比較視角深入探討粵港澳大灣區的規則銜接、協同治理及區域一體化建設。
