The School of Law is delighted to announce that Professor Christopher To, Barrister-at-Law and Programme Director of the Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR), was recognised on the LexisNexis® ELITE Individual Award list for 2026.

Professor To helped develop online domain-name dispute resolution in Asia, including the rules and responsibilities behind electronic case administration. Continuing work on AI in arbitration addresses source accuracy, confidentiality, and independent professional judgement.

法律學院欣然宣布，大律師兼仲裁及爭議解決學法學碩士（LLMArbDR）課程主任陶榮教授榮登 2026 律商聯訊（LexisNexis）「ELITE卓越法律人大獎」榜單。
「ELITE卓越法律人大獎」旨在表彰在推動法律工作實踐、交付和體驗變革方面展現出卓越領導力、創新精神與顯著影響力的法律專業人士。
陶教授曾協助建構亞洲線上域名爭議解決機制，包括參與制定電子案件管理系統的規則，劃分各關係方的責任歸屬。他致力推動人工智能（AI）在仲裁領域的應用，其研究聚焦於當AI介入仲裁程序時，如何確保資訊來源的準確性、嚴守保密性並維持仲裁員的獨立專業判斷。
