The Academic Regulations and Records Office (ARRO) handles student record matters relating to Bachelor’s Degree and Associate Degree students. Taught Postgraduate, Professional Doctorate and Research Degree students should direct their enquiries to the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies.
