Application for Certification of Student Records

Students may request the Academic Regulations and Records Office (ARRO) to certify their academic or related records (e.g., degree/major title, award title, dates attended, tuition fees, etc.) as held by the University upon presentation of a third party’s official request.

Application Procedures

Please complete the application form and submit it with the document(s) to be certified and the required fees in person to the ARRO Service Centre.

Applicants may authorise a third party to submit the application and collect the certified documents on their behalf with the following documents:
    a.  The application form for certification of student records [for submitting application only, not required for collection of the certified document(s)];
    b.  An authorisation letter signed by the applicant;

    c.  A copy of the student identity card/HKID card/passport of the applicant (returnable to the authorised person after inspection); and
    d.  HKID/passport of the authorised person.
