Collection of Award Certificate (Summer Term 2023)

Graduates of Summer Term 2023 are invited to come and collect the award certificates starting from 6 November 2023. You can come to the ARRO Service Centre in person / authorise your representative for collection / apply for delivery of award certificate by registered mail.

Apply for Graduation (Semester A 2023/24)

The period for Application for Graduation is from 12 September- 5 December 2023. Undergraduate students* who plan to graduate in Semester A 2023/24 should take the following steps:

1. Check “DegreeWorks” in AIMS to ensure all the degree requirements will be met by the end of the semester;
2. Submit an Application for Graduation in AIMS during the application period.

If you do not apply for graduation before the specified deadline, the University will NOT process your graduation for Semester A 2023/24.

Upon announcement of course grades in Semester A 2023/24, the academic records of students who have applied for graduation will be evaluated, and those who have met all the degree requirements will be awarded the degree.
