CityUHK School of Law Students and Graduates Recognised as National Judicial Experts
To enhance cultivation of top-tier talent in the judicial field, the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic Of China has conducted the 6th round selection of National Judicial Experts (全國審判業務專家). Following due processes of nomination, professional evaluation, selection committee reviews, and public consultation, the Court has conferred the prestigious title of "National Judicial Expert" (全國審判業務專家) on 90 individuals, among whom 10 are current students and alumni of our School. The award recipients are as follows:
Master of Laws (LLM) Graduates
- XING Huili - Intermediate People's Court of Xiong'an New Area of Hebei Province
- LIU Xiaohua - Intermediate People's Court of Tai’an Municipality, Shandong Province
- LU Xu - Guandu District People's Court of Kunming Municipality, Yunnan Province
Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) Students and Graduates
- WANG Dong - Intermediate People's Court of Yangquan Municipality, Shanxi Province; PhD student of Prof. Peter WANG
- DUAN Xiaojuan - Higher People's Court of Jiangsu Province; PhD student of Prof. WANG Jiangyu
- XU Qingshuang - Intermediate People's Court of Jinan Municipality, Shandong Province; PhD student of Prof. GUAN Wenwei

The selection of “National Judicial Experts” began in 2009 with the aim of strengthening judicial talent training and build a high-quality People’s Court team that is politically steadfast, enforces the law for the people, pragmatic and progressive, and maintains justice and integrity. Since its inception, a total of 346 recipients have been honoured from six rounds of selection.
為持續更好培養審判領域頂尖人才，國家最高人民法院開展了第六屆全國審判業務專家評選。經申報推薦、專業評審、評選委員會評議、公示等程序，最高人民法院決定，授予90名法官「全國審判業務專家」稱號。其中，共有10名城大法律學院學生及校友入選，名單如下：
法學碩士畢業生
- 邢會麗法官 - 河北雄安新區中級人民法院雄安智慧財產權法庭副庭長。
- 劉曉華法官 - 山東省泰安市中級人民法院、任黨組副書記、副院長。
- 盧旭法官 - 雲南省昆明市官渡區人民法院，任審判委員會委員、員額法官。
中國高級法官法學博士課程學生及畢業生
- 王東法官 - 山西省陽泉市中級人民法院院長，其指導導師為王書成教授。
- 段曉娟法官 - 江蘇省高級人民法院民事審判第二庭庭長，其指導導師為王江雨教授。
- 徐清霜法官 - 山東省濟南市中級人民法院黨組副書記、副院長，其指導導師為關文偉教授。
- 蔣佳芸法官 - 重慶市高級人民法院刑事審判第一庭副庭長，其指導導師為朱國斌教授。

- 席建林法官 - 上海市第三中級法院、上海智慧財產權法院、上海鐵路運輸中級法院。

「全國審判業務專家」評選工作自2009年開始，旨在加强法院人才培訓，組建政治堅定、執法為民、務實進取、公正廉潔的優質人民法院團隊。從評選制度設立至今，先後六批合計共346人當選。
