According to the 2023 World University Rankings released today by THE, CityU has become one of the top 100 universities in the world. This is another international recognition after being ranked in the top 100 by the QS World University Rankings.

CityU HK Tech 300 Angel Fund receives another $20 million in support from four venture capital firms
CityU and four innovation and technology investment companies signed MoUs on 6 October for the establishment of co-investment partnerships that will provide a total of HK$20 million in angel fund investment each year to selected start-ups supported by HK Tech 300.

CityU congratulates Professor Alain Aspect on winning the Nobel Prize in Physics 2022. Professor Aspect is a Senior Fellow at the HKIAS at CityU. In 2018, he was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Science by CityU in recognition of his significant contributions to education and society.
