Description
The Society for Wine Studies is gearing up for the opportunity to participate in the prestigious Left Bank Bordeaux Cup, an international competition for oenological tasting clubs from universities and schools worldwide. While preparing for this exciting event, the society conducted a comprehensive training session focused on the exquisite wines from various French wineries.
During the training, members honed their skills through blind tastings, exploring a selection of outstanding wines that highlighted the unique flavours each region has to offer. This immersive experience not only enhanced their palates but also deepened their understanding of the distinct characteristics that define wines from different areas of France.
With every sip, society members celebrated new tastes and enjoyed great company. Cheers to the journey ahead as they continue to refine their expertise and prepare for the challenges of the Left Bank Bordeaux Cup!
